Before making a decision, they visit the property, take their own measurements, listen to our needs, and suggest renovation ideas. They then create a project with the current and final floor plans, 3D renderings to give us a clear vision of the final result, and a fully itemized initial budget (showing the cost of each action and material). They also commit to a completion deadline—all of this provided free of charge.
